Travel next door will be holding a tour of Epe, an historic town in Lagos Nigeria. The tour which will hold on the sixth of April 2015 will give participants an opportunity to see beautiful places in Lagos, Nigeria at a fee of ten thousand naira.
In a Facebook post by the director of Travel Next Door, Pelu Awofeso says on the #VisitEpe excursion (Easter Monday April 6th), we will visit two former prisons. Built by the colonial folks, both historical landmarks in Lagos have one thing in common: one of Nigeria’s founding fathers, the Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo was a guest. These places have been beautified now, but they were harrowing places to sleep in Awo’s time. Good enough, the preservers have been thoughtful enough to leave enough physical & pictorial evidence. They are an eyeful, believe me. The more reason you need to reserve your seat NOW.
Other attractions on the #VisitEpe excursion include a visit to two thrilling wildlife attractions: The Lekki Conservation Centre and the newly opened Lufasi Park, both on 75 hectares and 25 hectares of forest vegetation respectively.
