“The Girl Who Found Water” to be discussed at Terra Kulture

the girl ivChibuzor Mirian Azubuike’s inspiring book titled “The Girl Who Found Water” has been selected as the center of focus as great minds gather to discuss community Service; our hope for the future at Terra Kulture book reading event on the 31st of January 2015 in Lagos, Nigeria.

The book “The Girl Who Found Water” is about Chibuzor Mirian Azubuike a young ambitious lady that was posted to Bauchi for National Youth Service just two months after the post election violence that claimed the lives of nine corps members. She was also devastated because Bauchi is in North East of Nigeria where boko haram strikes hard.

Chibuzor survived an explosion at the lodge she lived in Bauchi and went further to construct the first borehole in a village, donated uniforms/writing materials for pupils and renovated and equipped a carpentry skill acquisition centre. The grateful villagers named the bolehole after her and gave her a traditional title.

The book was published in 2014 by Easy Voucher Limited.
